news from the hood

If you're in the Inman Square area, check out the new bookstore on Hampshire Street, Lorem Ipsum Books. They have comfy cushions and a great eclectic selection of used books.

If you do laundry at Laundry Time in Inman Square, keep an eye on your clothes or they might take a walk. There are flyers in my neighborhood warning about someone pilfering laundry.

If you're free on April 7, stop by the Zeitgeist Gallery in Inman Square and check out the Pills, Thrills, Chills, and Heartache: Adventures in the First Person book release party. Live readings and performance by great literary talent!

In other news, turn the sound up on your computer and go to this website: LANCE! (this link courtesy of the amazing starkeymonster)
